Arrival & Departure Policy
- Check-in: 1:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Carry a valid Govt ID for verification.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 21+ Days Before Check-in: 75% of the advance payment will be refunded.
- 10–20 Days Before Check-in: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
- Less Than 10 Days Before Check-in: Advance payment is non-refundable.
- No-shows or Early Departures: Not eligible for any refund or any changes in date.
- Guest Count & Package: The number of guests and package details are fixed at the time of booking. No changes can be made within 10 days of check-in.
- Reservation Modifications: For any changes in reservation dates, please contact our team. All modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Pet Policy
- Dining & Pool Areas: Pets are not permitted in dining or pool areas.
- Sleeping Arrangements: Pets are not allowed on beds; please provide a separate sleeping space for your pet.
- Damages: Any damage to rooms or linens caused by pets will be chargeable.
Children Policy
- 0–5 Years: Complimentary stay with no extra bed.
- 5–9 Years: Charged at 50% of the adults rate.
- 10 Years & Above: Charged same as adult rate.
Hotel Policy
- Any additional guests incur extra charges based on age group.
- Buffet food is strictly allowed outside the dining area.
- All meals for drivers will be charged at ₹1000 per day.
- Alcohol or food are not allowed at pool & dining areas.
- Guest are not allowed to carry any external speakers.
- Smoking in dining, pool & rooms are prohibited.
- Management reserves the right to expel disruptive guests.
